From Taipei, since 2009

Kung Fu Mama began in Taipei, Taiwan, in 2009 with one aim: great-tasting, authentic Taiwanese food for people who love to eat well.

Every ingredient is carefully researched, and every cooking step follows traditional Taiwanese methods – so a five-minute supper still tastes like the real thing.
